As a polished professional utilizing your strong business acumen, you will thrive in this dynamic and fast-paced role. Panduit is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Supply Chain team at our world headquarters in Tinley Park, IL. Soar in this highly visible role, as you support a world-class global supply chain strategy by developing and executing demand and supply planning processes, along with applying highly effective inventory management practices.  You will utilize your best practice planning processes and tools to ensure high service to our customers while continuously seeking ways to best manage cost and lead times. Proven success in this role will lead to your engagement in high-profile improvement projects, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and overall growth of Panduit’s business. Come to work in an open, collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere where you will be a key contributor as you identify opportunities and implement processes to improve operational efficiencies.

Based out of Tinley Park, IL., you will be instrumental in driving our planning processes through use of effective knowledge of forecast management and material requirements planning principles. We will rely on you to build relationships with business partners in the Business Units, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics. Your ability to understand requirements and translate them into supply chain tactics will be critical to your success.  In this role, your ability to use analytical tools and effective reporting skills to identify trends, report on performance, and continuously balance supply and demand will be an asset to the team.  As an active and valuable contributor to Panduit’s Sales and Operations Planning process, strong knowledge of service and inventory performance measures, with the ability to identify and manage key drivers, is essential to this role. 

As a key participant in process improvement projects, you will identify and implement activities using methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean. Prior experience with statistical forecasting tools, safety stock determinations, model and option planning, and new product inventory planning, along with a background in inventory reduction and product rationalization techniques will set you apart from other applicants. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor in building and executing our supply chain optimization strategy, the Supply Chain Analyst Role is waiting for you!
